Water Supply & Drainage System

Depending on the application, a building’s water supply system can be classified as a living water supply system, a production water supply system, or a fire water supply system. These three types of water supply systems are not always set up individually; in most cases, two or three types of water supply systems are used. The building drainage system gathers and drains water utilized by buildings in daily living and industrial activity. The internal drainage of buildings can be split into four categories based on the type of sewage released from the system: household sewage, domestic sewage, industrial waste water, and roofing. Rainwater, sewage (wastewater), industrial waste water, and rainwater are all sent to discharge pipes, which are known as diversion systems; combined pipelines contain two or more types of combinations.
